Born in the old factories of our family Olearia, in the village of Raiano, a fraction of the town of Serino, from which it takes its name. In 2009 we gave form and substance to our dream: a complete cellar and totally inserted in the territorial context. It rises on the top of a hill, set in a luxuriant landscape of chestnut woods and vineyards, which dominates the whole river valley Saturday in the Municipality of San Michele di Serino, a few kilometers from the place of birth. In it we work following a single productive credo, that of giving light and very high quality only to the historical vines of our Irpinia: Greco, Fiano, Falanghina and Aglianico.

If our body consists of the walls of the cellar, our soul is within the 22 hectares of vineyards that we conduct with extreme care by adopting certified biological methods. They are located in the most suitable areas of the three denominations of origin that Irpinia has the honor of having inside. The entire production chain, from the vineyard to the bottle, is followed with extreme professionalism and passion by our men, now an integral part of our family.
