About Bernard Remy
In 1968, Bernard Remy purchased his first vines in the village. He was selling his first cuvées on the French market a few years later.
In 1983, he decided to build a real cellar to make his own wine and thereby become the “master” of his production. Wishing to enlarge his vineyard, in 1986 he purchased three extra hectares, tripling his production. The cellar was now too narrow to store this exceptional bubbly and he enlarged it in 1990, 1997 and more recently in 2008, thus allowing the bottles to age in the best conditions and letting time accomplish his creation.
